Apartment Review for Woodmont Tower And Gardens - Memphis, TN

I understand that this apartment complex is near a college. I accpeted that when I moved in. However, the noise level is unacceptable. People run up and down the hall at all hours of the night screaming and laughing. There is mold on my bathroom ceiling from teh apartment leaking above me although this is, somehow, my fault. The office staff has lately become rude and uninviting. Cars are broken into although this is a "gated" community. Resident have dogs, which they are not supposed to , which bark all the time. DO NOT LIVE HERE
