Apartment Review for Woodbrair Apartments - Memphis, TN

Everything was ok at first with everything except the appliances. They are older than you, I gaurantee! You'll be ok if you're bullet proof. I hear gun shots all night long. There are people hanging out all night and I only see sercurity when the leasing office is open. I guess their safety is all that matters. The parking lot is awful. Pot holes everywhere.The only good thing is that maintenance will come out whenever you call them and do PATCH WORK on whatever it is that needs fixing. You can't blame him for patching things up though. He's working with what they give him, and drug deals going on right in front of you like you're not even there.
