Apartment Review for Wood Trail Apartments - Memphis, TN

I lived there for almost 2 years with a roommate in a one bedroom...The convenience to campus is really the only plus I can say for the complex. Our utility bills were outrageous because of the horrible insulation/lack of insulation, and we froze in the winter and burnt up in the summer...Our last bill was over $200! As a college student, there is no way I could have afforded it on my own. I have since moved furthur East, almost in Germantown, I have a pool, tennis courts, and fitness center, and alarm system, and pay only $35 more a month and have had very affordable utility bills. That's pretty sad
