Apartment Review for Williamsburg Manor Apartments - Memphis, TN

This apartment complex was nice enough when I moved in, but since then things have gone downhill. The management is *always* gone, and even if you manage to get hold of them they are clueless. There's an electric problem on the top floor, and the maintenance man said this was due to squirrels eating through the wires and that we'd "get used to it." I was assured that the locks had been changed when I moved in... until someone broke in using a key. The management offered to replace the locks in a WEEK's time. We constantly get snarky notes from the office about parking being open but some neighbors are ridiculous to the degree that they will physically write on your car if they feel you are on their turf. The noise level doesn't quit until well past midnight on weekdays, and if you are unfortunate enough to rent a unit with a porch your whole apartment will reek of cigarette smoke-- since smoking residents cluster there, whether they live there or not. I can't wait to move.
