Apartment Review for Walden Pointe - Memphis, TN

I have lived at Walden Point Memphis for about three moths now. When I moved in my door wouldn't lock, my air condiltioner work but it doesn't cut off when it gets to the temp its supposed to be on. the toilet leaks all over the floor the list goes on and on these prob. were reported since day 1 and still noone has showed up roaches pretty much live with me.they might as well pay rent...Today there was a shooting in front of my apartment and the ambulance came and got one guy..my son and I were hiding in the closet...i went to the laundry mat and was herrased by 4 to 8 year old boy they were throwing dirt and spitting on me and my for year old boy. the management doesn't care about us even though they say there tryung to make things better. oh and how long is the maintanace mans lunch??? Pretty much WALDEN POUNT IS NOT ON POINT.
