Apartment Review for Summer Trace - Memphis, TN

Summer Trap is the worst place besides the projects in Memphis Tn. All it is is drugs and crime. The owner Andrew Denson is a crook, and does not care if you are safe, or happy! The office does not do shit. They just say " O yea come on in your apartment is ready". They seem nice at first, then you see your shack. Yea I said shack. They are midewed, not painted, old carpet. For the sake of your safety do not move in, because your door will more then likely get kicked in. Hood rats stay on patrol waiting for any people to move in so they can steal their T.V.'s and stuff. It happened to me and Danny Mathews did nothing. He is the sorry so called manager. He made jokes and they did nothing to help me. They have on the real atleast two, thats TWO, doors a day that get kicked in. I got out and thank God for that. Summer Trace more like "Slummer Trace" . Just drive through and tell me it is not just straight up hood!!!
