Some maintenance personnel are very nice helpful and courteous. Then there are the maintenance workers from heck. Rude, crude and very unprofessional. Carolyn in the office is priceless, in a class all by herself, her main problem is that she has been working here too long. Wears her senority like a badge, too bad she is not required to wear a uniform, would make a better security guard more than anything. Her very bad attitude and her pitbull grimace on her face would definitely scare off any potential criminals. In fact give her a convertible patrol car w/o tint and just park her crazy butt on the front lawn. Never met a person in customer service field with such a sour disposition. What were the Human Resources people thinking? Oh! they must have been looking for a warm body, they still should be looking, she is definitely cold blooded. And no I am not a disgruntled extenant, I always pay my rent on time and keep my homes clean and ROACH free, don't let me get started on the roaches...... All I can say is do your homework and find another place worthy of your hard earned money. This place is definitely not it
