Read More new management is rude. maintenance is horrible. residents are loud and sketchy. roaches and black mold. utitlities are suspeciously Controlled access, some tenants are friendly, too friendly, others can keep to themselves, overall people are polite. There are wierd smells in the hallways at times - people smoking.
