Apartment Review for Rosecrest Apartments - Memphis, TN

I've lived here for one month and already I've seen a tree fall on 3 cars, a car broken into, a VERY bad roach problem, and HIGHLY unorganized management. The managers that work in the office are clueless about when things will be fixed. There's apparently no one on staff to clean the hallways because (they allow pets) it smells like dog piss every time i get off the elevator to go to my apartment. The laundry facilities are ridiculously overpriced and the machines are half the size of a normal one. there's a little bit of security, but they only drive by a couple of times a night! I've heard of 8 or 9 cars being broken into in one night and one guy actually watched, from the 9th floor, his new car being stolen. If you aren't on the manager's asses about getting the things one should receive on the date of moving in, then you probably won't get them at all. Oh and the building's old so expect all problems that come with an old building. That includes the electrical sockets not working at times!
