Apartment Review for Rosecrest Apartments - Memphis, TN

Controlled access, some tenants are friendly, too friendly, others can keep to themselves, overall people are polite. There are wierd smells in the hallways at times - people smoking. Decent pool, I enjoy the fitness room alot, my efficency is exactly what I need and its up off the ground so I enjoy a view of trees and planes coming and going. Staff is polite and helpful, if you decide to live here you need to be assertive and direct with complaints or work - lots of tenants, few workers. Its in a great location from my college, right across from a grocery store, and I dont have to worry about crackheads. :)
