Apartment Review for Riverset - Memphis, TN

I also received a letter in the mail from a collection agency after being out of my apartment for almost three months. The letter stated that I owed $1000 for not giving a thirty days notice. Not only did I give a notice, but it was a sixty days notice. I never received one letter from Riverset until I received the letter from the collections agency. Apparently they change management so much they lose the notice you give them.
