Apartment Review for Riverset Apartments - Memphis, TN

Believe what you hear in these other reviews...the management really is that bad. For the price you pay in rent, it's shocking how rude and unhelpful the people in the leasing office are.

Management is also extremely poor at repairing basic things in apartments (my air conditioning went unfixed for 4 months during the hottest stretch of the summer).

There are much better places in Harbor Town for this price. Management has gone down the toilet since I moved in in 2003.

Also, security is a joke - anyone can walk right in whenever they please. Usually the wooden "arm" at the gate is broken off anyway. My roommate's car was stolen 20 feet from our front door two months after we'd moved in.
