Apartment Review for Riverset Apartments - Memphis, TN

The apartments were built in 1980 , so they are old then the rest of the apartments on mudisland. Hear lot of vibrations in the apatments. It has a good floor plan , a reasonable price , the buildings are spaced properly and are well kept. The problem is club house and gym. The equipment in the gym is either broke or out of order since a year . The management though seems to be very co-operative takes their own sweet time to make thinhgs right , which make me really agitatd. you have to call amillion times for a thing to be done. Management is changed frequently. so even if we have someone good in the office they might not be there in few months. So this adds to frustaion too. You become familiar with one group and then the whole team is changed. Cheap price and reasonable price are the rel deal.
