Riverdale Apartments (operated by Sunshine Corporation 5575 Poplar Avenue,. Suite 414. Memphis, Tn 38119-0861--President Leonard Richman) has a horrible history when it comes to tenant/landlord issues. This complex loves to "throw in" lil charges when they can. For example, (company opinion only) leave a dirty sink...$10.00, ashes in fireplace....$25.00...painting where pic was hanging....25.00 so forth...you get the picture. They will take you to court over $54.00. They are notorius for their monetary antics to swindle you out of money, OR they say, "We will keep your deposit." Be careful, and be warned.
