Apartment Review for River Trace Apartments - Memphis, TN

I am currently living in this apt. over my lease but it is time to move! The maintenance is horrible and does not respond to calls like they say they will. The dishwasher came unconnected at the bottom of the sink and there was water all over the floor and they still wouldn't come fix it even after saying that they would be there "the next day". Overall safe; however there was a night were I was asked for money outside my door late at night and then there was that time when a car was shot up in front of my apartment. The management could do a lot of work with this place but don't care...i call them the "slum lords".
