Apartment Review for Ridgeway Terrace Apartments - Memphis, TN

At first it seemed like a pretty good apartment complex. But then it was the air conditioning that took a week and a half to fix, phone line was messed up, cable line was just hanging out of the wall without proper connections, the mailbox that wouldn't lock (the door would come completely off hinges and all without a key!), noisy neighbors/neighborhood, promising of washer hookup but never seeming to be able to do it (they had a dryer hookup, but no washer??), and inability to keep track of our mail being routed to the main office (had to pay 2 late fees for their mistake). Sure, I had plenty of problems with this apartment for me to be well sure to give the *60* day notice a good 90 days before my lease was up.
