Apartment Review for Mimosa Gardens Apartments - Memphis, TN

We have lived here for a year and if it wasn't for student housing we would be live here longer. It's a good place. Whenever I have had a maint. problem they returned my call within 2 hours. When our dishwasher wasn't working properly they came that day to fix it. It was beyond repairs so the next day they brought us a brand new dishwasher. They have always been friendly in the office. They know us by name and always ask how we are. The only security issue is our front door is Poplar. It can be unnerving but nothing has ever happened. It can get noisy with all the cars but my husband and I are city people and we like the sound of traffic.
