Apartment Review for Mimosa Gardens Apartments - Memphis, TN

The apartment complex is older but that's what makes it unique. I don't have any problems with maintenance and I enjoy my apartment. Basically, what you pay is what you get. The floors are scratched, windows stiff, caulk in so many places, some bad outside draining in certain areas, and more. Overall, I really enjoy the area and the neighbors. It is safe but sometimes a little noisy b/c the walls are thin. There are good prices for the space you get.
