Apartment Review for Millbranch Park Apartments - Memphis, TN

You may as well live under an overpass than to live here. I resided there for one year and it was the worst year of my life. RATS ran me away along with all the shootings, killings, fights and the pathetic management and staff. The never would fix ANYTHING!! My apartment was broken into in broad daylight! When I just couldn't take it anymore I asked to have my lease terminated. Management would not do it. I held my rent back one month to try to force them to do something about my rat problem and they gave me an evitction notice. It never made it to court but thay did put a "judgement" on my credit report. Mind you the matter was resolved by me just moving out but continuing to pay the rent until the end of the lease and we NEVER went to court on it! I HATE THAT PLACE and wish the city would just tear it down! Now they target Mexicans! The management is always changing and I've been fighting for the past 5 years to have that LIE removed form my credit report. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PACE AND NEVER LOOK BACK!!!!!!!!!!!
