Apartment Review for Kensington Manor - Memphis, TN

If the world is a ghetto, then its home office is at Kensington Manor. If I were the manager I would tell everyone I was unemployed that is how embarassed I was living there. Started out fine deteriorated as the hoodlums moved in onthe free rent specials. No quakity maintenance. Just driving to your apt is like crossing a war zone, the pot holes have turned into craters, the road looks like a hopscotch board, good luck. They rent apts w/ broken windows and still have not fixed them and that was 3 yrs ago and the apt has been rented twice since the. The staff is a joke I an sure you know better jokes. If you want to live in a war zone, shots fired nightly, no real security, poor maintenance and yearly rent increases this is your spot, By the way how is your Spanish, you will need it. Oh yes I forgot their monthly eviction parties, just sit on your veranda and watch people belongings get set out in the parking lot. And if you have any security issues or maintenamce issues be sure to say something then because that is the only time you will see maintenance or security. I will not even mention the garbage laying around or the discarded sofa and chair that sat in the middle of the road for two weeks you had to actually drive around it no joke. Oh yea, lets not forget the pools that never open and the one has brown, green and black water. Not the one directly behind the office though. I suggest you drive thru the property first, especially on the weekend nights after 8p.m. That is where you will find Memphis police on a nightly basis. By the way has anyone seen my hub caps?
