Apartment Review for Island Park - Memphis, TN

The management of Island Park saw fit to increase my rent $~150 over the 3 and 1/2 years I lived there. In addition the buildings and fixtures are of poor quality. You will find the handles fall off your cabinets, the carpet will fray, and you will likely get mold. In addition expect to have them keep not only your security deposit, but also to charge you extra on move out. I was charged in excess of $300 to replace carpet that is of poor quality to begin with. There are many different options on Mud Island. Choose any one other than Island Park (or any apartment managed by the Sentinel Corporation).
