The staff is not as diverse as I would prefer. They seem to not be able to communicate effectively with minorities that live there, so it comes off as standoffish and untolerable. This is the biggest draw back to living here or with any Lindsey Managment Community, the resident is never right. They put the employees before that of the renters.  Need to rent an apartment?
