Apartment Review for Greenbrook - Memphis, TN

might recomend....price is decent...maintenance is horrible, we usually have to fix things ourselves. recent break ins, heard gun shots this afternoon...some members of office staff are not very helpful. these apartments used to be very nice, but like most of memphis, are going downhill. i am not planning to renew my lease.

air barely works, utility bill is insane!!!!!! but each unit includes a washer and dryer which is a plus....
