Apartment Review for Flairwood Community - Memphis, TN

I have been living in this complex for over a year and those things that needed reparing still need reparing. This is the worst place i have lived in as far as getting things done. We don't have roaches, we have big roaches and water bugs, not to mention the wood is rotten on the doors and fences. This will kill your pocket in the winter because they are not insulated. It's quite here okay because no one lives over here, they have new owners and I can't tell the difference, nothing gets fixed. Oh now they have security and guess where he sits in front of the office, guess that's where they think he should be keeping the office safe . The pond is an eye soar and it's sad how run down this place looks, public housing looks better than this. Cars are broken into all the time and the parking is cool because no one live here, maintenance is missing and my apartment flooded from another apartment because they are too cheap to keep some heat going so that the pipes don't burst, not here, and the pipes bursed in Feb. and I am still waiting on them to replace the padding under the carpet, and I have even told them that the seams are loose, an accident waitng to happen and when or if i fall I will sue them. All they do over is promise to fix things, broken promises. But you better pay that rent on time. I turned in a repair list over two weeks ago and I am still waiting. Maybe they will fix the things i need fixing before I move in July. The floor plans over here are nice, these apartments are old and they are in bad shape, so if you decide to move here be prepared to live as is beause NOTHING gets fixed.
