Apartment Review for The Estates At River Pointe - Memphis, TN

I have lived here for 3 years. The apartments are very nice inside and they have great ammenities. They have a room that you can use for small get togethers that is very nice. The grounds are always kept clean and the flowers are always looking great. The pool is wonderful. Sometimes parking can be a problem, but I do think that the manager is trying (your car must have a sticker to park in certain areas). Other than that it is great. Lots of my friends from school live here so it is a lot of fun. I have had a couple of things break, but the maintence man was right over. The girls in the office are always nice and friendly. They also have a great selection of movies you can check out for free. Very nice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
