Apartment Review for The Estates At River Pointe - Memphis, TN

Overall a fairly good experience. I moved in here in October 2003 after a miserable year at Riverset apartments (also on Mud Island.) The grounds here are kept up very well. Parking in some coves can be a problem if you come in later in the evening, but 95% of the time I can find parking within 100 ft of my apartment. I have had no problems at all with management (unlike at Riverset) and maintenance requests are usually taken care of on the day you notify them. My best friend also has an apt here and they will even come over to help her change the lights in her ceiling that she can't reach. I would heartily recommend this apt complex to others.
