PROJECT BOUND!!!!

This is the projects. The security is poorly trained and unprofessional. One of which is a felon and unable to carry a weapon. The second is a rent a cop that is licensed to carry and abuses his authority. The maintainance staff is unlicnesed and repairs are rarely made. It rained on me for three months. I eventually called code enforcement to get some relief!  Need to rent an apartment?
