Apartment Review for Edgewater Apartment - Memphis, TN

People please listen to me. don't do what i did. i read the reviews and there were some bad ones but i was like naw they were probably just bad tenants. Lord, all hell broke loose within my first month here. the biggest issue i have is management. the ladies in the office are cool. i don't deal with them too much, but them *bleeps* at sunshine corporation office, i hate them!!! every week they cut the water saying that its a water leak. its just rediculous. aint that many leaks. management just sucks!!!! don't ignore the reviews please. if there are more bad than good please look the other way. i have 6 more months of suffering!!!!
