Apartment Review for Edgewater Apartment - Memphis, TN

Their office staff sucks. The General Manager and Katrina (the assistant manage) have a "WE DONT CARE ATTITUDE AS LONG AS WHAT IS HAPPENING TO YOU ISNT HAPPENING TO US BECAUSE WE DONT LIVE ON PROPERY" attitude. My car has been broken into twice. I called the leasing office to make them aware of the second time it was broken into and they didnt have any empathy. The General Manager was like well did you call the police or Metropolitan. The apartment complex is huge and they only have one patrolmen at night. Ive personally seen this guy parked and sleep. The neigbors that just moved in have traffic coming in and out of their apartment all times of night. I called the leasing office to make them aware and they have not done anything about it. The apartment right behing mine has been broken into twice within the last one and a half year. Each time there were different tenants in the apartment. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE THERE AT ALL. People come through playing loud music and hanging outside. So if you are considering moving to this apartment complex. PLEASE DONT. Take it from me, I lived at Edgewater for four years. It was really nice at first but now its a complete dump. The only good thing I have to say is that they are very good at fixing any maintenance issues that may occur. But other than that, they could care less what goes on as long as they get their rent everymonth.
