Apartment Review for Cherokee Cabana - Memphis, TN

My family and I moved here in 2005. I have a son and a new baby. The maintenance on these apts is horrible.There were rodents crawling into the home through the roof or stove vent. Walls and windows leaked when it rained, even onto my son T.V. He shocked himself when trying to unplug the cord. Water damage everywhere. Mold and mildew was constant. I used Tilex everyday. My shower and tub fell apart literally. (I have the pictures to prove it!) The staff was sooo RUDE. One staff member in particular was very mean and nasty.They were nonchalant when I complained. Maintenance took its sweet time to fix anything. Our experience here was horrible. However, we hardly ever had a problem parking or a break-in.
