Apartment Review for Broadmoor Apartments - Memphis, TN

I have read the other comments and would like to say my time in my apartment was a happy experience. I never saw bugs of any sort plus they spray each month, but I kept my apartment very clean anyway. My neighbors were great! Parking wasn't an issue for me, the lighting was good and it is posted private parking. I never personally saw a bum but my gosh we are in Mid-town and I never got asked for food or money. I read one comment there were bums in the attic but I would question that as the only way they could get up there was through the security doors. It is our responsibility to keep those doors locked. I lived at Broadmoor for 5 years before I got married and moved away. Ms. Kathey was very nice to us and we would live there again if we returned to Memphis. My suggestion is read reviews with the unerstanding that some people are just unhappy because they were told to move. We loved it there and would recommend to anyone. It is an old building but man it has great architecture!!!!! and people
