Mangement pushed for deposite and first month rent and promised apt would ready on the day i needed to move. Apartment was not ready. Back door wouldnt open, carpet was filthy, closet doors hanging off, window blinds raggedy, walls needed panting. Property owner would not check the apt out, stringed me along. Currently seeking refund through civil court.  Need to rent an apartment?
