Apartment Review for The Blair Tower - Memphis, TN

At first glance this apartment seems great because it's so close to a university and surrounded by hospitals. The rent is pretty decent too, but the price you pay for utilities is overwhelming. My roommate and I paid about $150/month for utilities (2bed/1bath)since the apartment adjusts the cost of utilities based on the square footage of your apt. The maintenance crew is fantastic though. They're prompt about fixing stuff and really nice people.
