Apartment Review for The Birches At Countryside - Memphis, TN

I hate living here I signed a lease for a year and Im thinking of breaking it and getting an apartment in someone elses name thats how f*cked up it is! dogs and cats roam, my ceiling leaks brown water and brown water comes out of the tub foccet when you 1st turn it on yuk! my closet has flooded numerous of times causing mold and mildew Ive had to throw away several of clothes! Roaches are like my kids they live there free eat free and are all over my damn house! its freezing all the time door jams under sink leaks patio door is cracked they send people to fix things that look rough like they just picked them up in north memphis hoodlems! I dont want those strange people all in my damn house! there has been break ins there is no security we have a gate that they keep open all the damn time whats the purpose I can go on and on and on I HATE THESE DAMN APARTMENTS THEY NEED TO TEAR THEM DOWN IVE GOTTEN TO THE POINT WERE THEY MAY NOT GET THE RENT THIS MONTH HA HA HA THEY INCONVENIENCED ME SO FUCK EM! IF THEY GET IT IT WILL BE HELL OF LATE!
