Apartment Review for Bellevue Tower Apartments Ltd - Memphis, TN

I had the misfortune to live in this place 2006-2007. It was okay at first, some revovations had started and there was a lot of promises. The management staff changed towards the end of 2006 and the building went downhill. The staff was rude and there was always someone different in the office.The elevators were always down, so if you live on a top floor, guess what, get used to a tiresome walk. The security gates leading to the garage never works, meaning that anyone has access to your vehicle, so guess what get used to your vehicle being burglarized. The crime level increased and although there was a secured entry, it seemed that there was always some type of criminal activity that occurred in the bldg., the police was always responding to a call, before I left a child fell down a elevator shaft due to negligence on the maintenace staff, I think that the property is involved in a multi-million dollar lawsuit over this. IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE RUN LIKE HELL FROM THIS PROPERTY, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND RENT FROM THESE CLOWNS.
