Apartment Review for Bartlett Heights Apartments - Memphis, TN

Let me start by saying i you are grown and have kids and love for someone to tell you how to live then you will love it here. However if you are like me you will get to the point where you can't stand the apartments or the management here. They tell you when you 1st move in that there is a curfew, and this come to find out, is not just for the kids, but the adults too. The price is not worth all the hastle to get something fixed. These apartments are very run down," The projects of Bartlett" is what I call it. Mrs. Irene treats the younger people as if we are a problem to her. She talks about everyone's business with everyone no matter what. Who cares if renters have rights. She treats this community as if it were a retirement community. I'm sorry I don't have a problem with retired aged people, but if that's what you are looking for, then you need to go to that kind of a community, or an old folks home. Kids are going to laugh and play when they are outside, and if that's a problem for people, then they need to learn how to deal with it. We tell our kids to use inside voices while inside, so why can't they play and be happy using their outside voices, if it's within a reasonible time. Oh and yes Mr. Robert loves to stalk children and sit and watch them, and take notes as if not only are we all back in school, but he's going to tell on you... I do not recommend this apartment to anyone, especially if you have children. The management will do their best to try to get you evicted if you are a single parent trying to get by and raise your child.They are not caring by no means. ...
