Apartment Review for Autumnwood - Memphis, TN

I was very pleased to find that the apartment managers are very cooperative, approachable and good people to rely on. They were exceptionally helpful in pointing out the move-in special which helped me a lot in paying for other necessities, and the cost of the utilities are very good. I only paid $46 for utilities when I moved in and half of that was for a connection fee. When I moved in I noticed that all of the appliances were new and also they installed new carpet and fresh paint. Come in and talk with these managers, I promise you that you will not be dissappointed.
