Apartment Review for Arbors River Oaks - Memphis, TN

"Trash is everywhere", I can't believe that an apartment complex that looks this nice can be so decieving once you move in. There is only one garbage station in the entire complex which stays overflowed on to the ground for several days at a time. Live water bugs found in showers. trash is piled in front of townhouse area. this an eyesore for those paying $1300-$1500 for these otherwise nice looking town homes. the rent should be lowered for those who front doors open up to view this dirty, filty, and nasty problem that is on-going. and management seems to ignore
