Apartment Review for Arbors River Oaks - Memphis, TN

We thought that the "special" was great--wrong!! There is a reason they had to lower the price, no one wants to live here. Our townhouse was infested with spiders. Everyday I had to vacuum up about 10 spiders that camped out in our place. We asked the office to spray, & it did not help. We tried to buy insulation for all the windows & doors, it also did not help. I became resolved to cleaning up bugs every single day. It was embarrasing to have guests over. The last few months of our lease our place was infested with termites. The noise was awful. The office staff was very rude & unprofessional. I was so glad to get out of there!! Others that I have met that lived there also had terrible experiences. Whatever you do, pick somewhere else to live!!!!!!!
