Apartment Review
No place to relocate to, especially from another s

It was a horrible experience from day one. I moved from another state and I came to memphis twice before deciding to move to the arbors. Upon arrival in August (90 degree weather), no one was available to show me to my apartment or how to use the gate key. Once finding the apartment, I find a washer and dryer there that shouldn't be and here I am with my own on the u- haul. I called the office and they said they knew about it but couldn't get it moved until monday, I moved up here on a saturday. I had to leave my belongingd in the living room. Then, I have no power. I question why. They said well the information was in the packet you signed. After they pulled my file they noticed that I didn't sign the form. I was asked why I didn't complete it, I told them that I didn't understand it and I told you all that when I turned all the paperwork back in. Furthermore, I called ahead of time to make sure everything was in order and was told it was and I had to do nothing. Management said that they thought everything was O.K., but if they would've pulled my file, they would've known that it was incomplete and to investigate why. They have a lazy group of people there who are only interested in making their quota. My son, who has asthma, would've died if we had to stay there. Luckily I have a cousin here who let us stay there until we got the mess straightened out. THESE APARTMENTS SUCK AND ARE NOT WORTH ONE CENT! |
