Apartment Review for Arbors At Hickory Ridge - Memphis, TN

When I first moved to this place about 3yrs ago, it was a place to call home. NOW!!!!! You would think that you were living in New York somewhere.....I've had situations where my hot water in the bathtub would not work and the shower would just trickle out water (just enough for a bird to bathe), and the worst of all the water was out around Xmas time of 2004 from Dec 18th thru Dec 29th. Management made the excuse they couldn't repair the problem due to temperature outside would freeze the line. Well HELL!!!! it was like that in my apartment. After making calls to the corporate office, I finally received some action and compensation behind it all. BEWARE!!! of the "RATS" that have invaded the property around the dumpsters that have massive size burrows that are around the perimeter of the dumpsters. They will chase you away to the point you are afraid to empty your own garbage. Management also claims that the Memphis Health Dept has been out and educated them on how to get rid of them. Let's just say everybody slept thru the whole educating process. If you believe in paying your money for a quality place to live, then KEEP LOOKING!!!!!!
