Apartment Review for 99 Tower Place - Memphis, TN

The rent is high.The office controlls you're heat and air.They went up on the parking fee.People cars get broken into.The same stuff keep breakin down in your apartment.They change management alot in the office.Brown water comes out the faucets.Plus the pool area was close for the whole summer 1year.These apartments is a very bad place to live and you're playing alot of rent to live here.Very noisy at times,too.My rent has been the same since I been here because my apartment has alot of problems.Very bad place to live....
