	Ridgeway Trace 5941 Poplar Pike Ext # 11 Memphis,  Tn 38119 901-682-6900 Rating Recommend:    No Overall Rating:  1.0 Security:  1.0 Parking:  1.0 Appearance:  2.0 Management:  1.0 Maintenance:  1.0 Unit Condition:   1.0 Noise:  1.0		Review Title:  Want Service Look Elsewhere Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  2/23/04      Rate This Apartment     If you move into Ridgeway Trace count on Bum rush management and an invisible do nothing service crew .Try calling in for Service ask for management after your 10th call in with no results in months count on a premeditated speech about we cant do anything til the part comes in (when Home Depot carrys the part and is 2 minutes away)and a quick Goodbye without being able to state your point about months on hold .On top of that your service manager has a son convicted of grand theft and burglary and is now back living here after release from prison .To break it down the Service manager has keys to your apartment and a key to the office .Suppose Jr wants to go on a shopping spree again this time with Keys .Makes you wanna question the ethics in hiring of staff here and the positions given to the hiree .Furthermore take a drive theu the complex but schedule an appointment with your mechanic for another wheel alignment after taking dives in the luxurious potholes we have here at the Overindulgent Hotel Chaos .As for daylight murders, robberies, car thefts,Fires, drug raids and methlabs ......Sure we have those but doesnt every Upscale Apartment Complex in East Memphis ?NO ? Give me their number I want to move ASAP .
